A Sourship account
Your application accepted and your plan active.
Type your store's address, approve Sourship in your WordPress admin, and your orders start arriving. You never copy or paste a key.

The address must start with https://. Sourship only connects to secure stores.
In WordPress, Settings then Permalinks: any setting except Plain. WooCommerce needs it to approve apps.
You approve Sourship there, so sign in with an account that manages the store.
In your Sourship account, open Sales Channels, then Connected Stores, and press Connect on the WooCommerce card.
Sourship only needs the address to begin, for example https://yourstore.com.
You are taken to your WordPress admin. Approve Sourship, and WooCommerce sends the access keys straight to us.
Back in Sourship, your store is checked, its name and currency are read, and new orders start arriving.
WooCommerce grants read and write access as one permission. Here is what we use it for, and nothing else.
Read each new order and its delivery address, then mark it shipped with its tracking number.
Keep stock levels in step, and add the listings you build to WooCommerce as drafts.
Its name and currency, so prices and orders read correctly.
The keys are stored encrypted and never shown again. Only their last four characters are visible.
Your new store shows a short checklist in Connected Stores, and ticks each step off as it is done.
You approved Sourship on the platform, and the store appears in your list.
Press Test. Anything to fix is named, with a Fix it button and a short guide to the solution.
Etsy and eBay only
A few answers the marketplace asks for, such as your shipping and return policies.
Link each listing on your store to a product in your inventory, once.
Choose how many units of each product this store may sell.
The first order arrives by itself, and ships from our warehouse.
A WooCommerce or Shopify store is ready to use as soon as it is connected.
WooCommerce tells us about each new order the moment it is placed.
Anything you build in Sourship waits in WooCommerce until you publish it yourself.
If the address or the keys change, press Reconnect store and approve again.
Each connected store has its own settings, and you can change them at any time.
Turn on to bring every new order in by itself.
Your store's quantities follow your stock, so nothing sells twice.
New orders are paid from your wallet and ship without you touching them.
Show it as sold out, hide the listing, or keep selling on backorder.
From every 5 minutes to once a day, for the stores we check rather than hear from.
When you connect a store, your buyers' names and addresses pass through Sourship so we can ship their parcels. Here is everything we promise about them, in writing.
We use your buyers' details only to fulfil your own orders. We never sell or share them, and never pass them to advertising platforms.
No emails, no messages, no marketing. Only you and the carrier are in touch with them.
Disconnecting a store erases its buyers' names, contact details and addresses at once. You can also erase them yourself, at any time.
Raw order messages are erased within 90 days. If buyer data is ever exposed, we tell you and the marketplace within 24 hours.

Syncing stops, and the access the platform gave us is deleted.
Your buyers' names, contact details and delivery addresses, at once.
