1. About this policy

This policy explains how Sourship ships your orders to your customers. It forms part of the Sourship Terms of Service. Sourship is operated by sourship LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing ID 2024-001567276), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Refunds for lost parcels and wrong items are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. How fulfilment works

When you make a sale and submit a fulfilment request, and your wallet covers the cost, we pick, pack and ship the order from our fulfilment operations in China to your customer, and provide tracking.

Processing time. Orders for products already in your inventory at our facility are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. During Chinese public holidays, including Chinese New Year, dispatch may be delayed until normal operations resume.

Sell what is in stock. Sourship is designed for you to buy inventory first and sell it afterwards. If you sell a product before it has arrived at our facility, your order cannot be dispatched until the supplier delivers it and it passes inspection. Supplier delays, slow supplier shipping and replacements of wrong goods can add days or weeks. That extra time is your responsibility, not Sourship’s. Delivery estimates and the lost-parcel period start only when we dispatch the order.

3. Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. We confirm the destination of each order before shipping and may decline any destination where we cannot deliver reliably, including areas affected by conflict or unreliable customs services. If we decline, the order is not charged, or the amount is returned to your wallet.

We do not ship to, or do business with anyone in, countries and regions subject to US sanctions, as set out in the Terms of Service.

4. Delivery times

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

Destination Typical delivery
Europe 7–10 days
United States 10–12 days, sometimes up to 20 days
Other destinations Confirmed when you place the order

These are estimates, counted from dispatch, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays or events outside our control are not a breach of this policy.

5. Shipping rates

You pay the Sourship shipping rate shown in your dashboard when you place an order. This is Sourship’s price for shipping and handling. It is set by Sourship, includes our own margin, and is not the carrier’s cost.

6. Duties and taxes

Duties paid (default). We ship with import duties and taxes paid, including through the carrier’s import VAT schemes for eligible EU and UK parcels. Your customer does not pay anything on delivery.

Duties unpaid (on request). You may ask us to ship without duties paid. If you do, any duties, taxes or fees are payable by the recipient, and you are responsible for any charges, returns or losses if the recipient refuses to pay or refuses the parcel.

7. Addresses and customs information

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address and accurate product information for customs. Address changes are only possible before dispatch. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong or incomplete information you provide.

8. Tracking

Every shipment has a tracking number, available in your dashboard. For orders from a connected store (such as Etsy) where the product is linked to your Sourship product, tracking is sent to your store automatically. You can ask us to turn this off. Where tracking is not sent automatically, you are responsible for sharing it with your customer. In all cases, you are responsible for monitoring tracking.

9. Lost, delayed and seized parcels

A parcel with no delivery 30 days after shipment may be reported as lost. Your options are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Parcels seized or destroyed by customs because they are counterfeit, infringe intellectual property rights, or are restricted or prohibited are not compensated. See the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products Policy.

10. Returns

We do not currently provide return addresses outside China. See section 10 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
