Install the Sourship app from the Shopify App Store, or press Connect on the Shopify card in Sales Channels, then Connected Stores, and type your shop's address.
Shopify lists exactly what Sourship asks for. Approve it.
If you started from the App Store, sign in to your Sourship account to attach the shop. The link stays valid for a day.
Your shop appears in Connected Stores, and new orders start arriving.

Read new orders and their delivery address, then mark them fulfilled with tracking.
Keep quantities in step with your stock, and add the listings you build to Shopify as drafts.
See which location holds the stock we fulfil, and make a listing available on your sales channels when you choose to.
Access is approved on Shopify itself, and you can remove it there or in Sourship.
Your new store shows a short checklist in Connected Stores, and ticks each step off as it is done.

Etsy and eBay only

When you connect a store, your buyers' names and addresses pass through Sourship so we can ship their parcels. Here is everything we promise about them, in writing.
We use your buyers' details only to fulfil your own orders. We never sell or share them, and never pass them to advertising platforms.
No emails, no messages, no marketing. Only you and the carrier are in touch with them.
Disconnecting a store erases its buyers' names, contact details and addresses at once. You can also erase them yourself, at any time.
Raw order messages are erased within 90 days. If buyer data is ever exposed, we tell you and the marketplace within 24 hours.
