The supplier's price plus a small conversion adjustment. On a 1688 product the total is shown before you send the request; a link you send is priced by our team. Either way it is paid from your wallet, and no agent commission is added afterwards.
Sourship's shipping rate, by destination country and the real weight of the parcel. You can check the price in the app before you quote a customer.
You fund the wallet by a transfer to our Mercury, Wise or Payoneer account, or in USDT. Your own bank's fees for that transfer are yours; Sourship adds nothing on top of them.

One order is one parcel going to one customer, whether you created it yourself or it arrived from your connected store. To send more than your plan allows, move up a plan or buy additional orders from your dashboard. Unused orders do not carry over.

When you connect a store, your buyers' names and addresses pass through Sourship so we can ship their parcels. Here is everything we promise about them, in writing.
We use your buyers' details only to fulfil your own orders. We never sell or share them, and never pass them to advertising platforms.
No emails, no messages, no marketing. Only you and the carrier are in touch with them.
Disconnecting a store erases its buyers' names, contact details and addresses at once. You can also erase them yourself, at any time.
Raw order messages are erased within 90 days. If buyer data is ever exposed, we tell you and the marketplace within 24 hours.

Your plan also sets how many orders, sourcing requests, product searches and AI image edits you get each month. What the plan does not cover is the price of the goods and the cost of each parcel, which you pay from your wallet.
One order is one shipment to one recipient. When you reach your monthly limit, you can move up to the next plan or buy additional orders from your dashboard, and carry on straight away. Unused orders do not carry over to the next month. Sourcing requests, product searches and image edits can also be topped up inside the app at any time without changing plan.
Yes. Extra sourcing requests, product searches and image edits are available inside the app whenever you need them, paid from your wallet. Your plan stays as it is, and extra sourcing credits you buy do not expire.
No. Nothing is taken from you on a schedule. When your month is up, you renew the plan yourself from your wallet, which means you are never billed for a month you did not intend to use.
There is no free trial. You choose a plan when you apply: your card is authorised but not charged while we review your application, usually within two business days, and it is charged only if you are approved. If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of approval, as long as you have not used a sourcing credit or bought any inventory. It depends on where the parcel is going and what it weighs. Sourship ships to most countries worldwide, with 77 destinations in the app’s rate table, and the price is Sourship’s shipping rate for the real weight of your product. Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 days from dispatch, up to 20 on the slowest lanes. You can check any destination in the shipping calculator inside the app before you quote a customer.
Your first plan payment is made by card when you apply: the card is authorised but not charged, and it is charged when our team approves your account. After that, everything is paid from one USD wallet inside Sourship: your plan renewals, your sourcing requests and your shipping. You top the wallet up by transfer to our Mercury, Wise or Payoneer account, or in USDT, and upload the receipt, and our team credits the balance once the funds are received. Your own bank’s fees for the transfer are yours; Sourship adds nothing on top of them, and there is no per-order fee and no storage fee while your plan is active.
