A Sourship account

Nothing to type: you approve Sourship on eBay, answer a few questions about how you sell, and your orders come in while stock and tracking go back.

In your eBay account settings, opt in to Business Policies, and keep your shipping, payment and return policies there.
You approve Sourship on eBay's own page, signed in to the seller account.
In Sales Channels, then Connected Stores, press Connect on the eBay card.
You are sent to eBay. Sign in and approve Sourship.
Back in Sourship, the account appears in Connected Stores.
Choose a category, the item condition, your shipping, payment and return policies, and where you ship from. You can create the location in Sourship.

eBay charges its insertion and selling fees to your eBay account, as usual. Ending a listing on eBay ends it for good.
eBay does not let apps cancel orders, so cancel on eBay itself, then tell your agent.
Each connected store has its own settings, and you can change them at any time.
Turn on to bring every new order in by itself.
Your store's quantities follow your stock, so nothing sells twice.
New orders are paid from your wallet and ship without you touching them.
Show it as sold out, hide the listing, or keep selling on backorder.
From every 5 minutes to once a day, for the stores we check rather than hear from.
When you connect a store, your buyers' names and addresses pass through Sourship so we can ship their parcels. Here is everything we promise about them, in writing.
We use your buyers' details only to fulfil your own orders. We never sell or share them, and never pass them to advertising platforms.
No emails, no messages, no marketing. Only you and the carrier are in touch with them.
Disconnecting a store erases its buyers' names, contact details and addresses at once. You can also erase them yourself, at any time.
Raw order messages are erased within 90 days. If buyer data is ever exposed, we tell you and the marketplace within 24 hours.

Syncing stops, and the access the platform gave us is deleted.
