To your customer

From our warehouse to your customer's door.

Orders come from your connected store, or you create them yourself. We pack each one, ship it to most countries worldwide, usually in 7 to 12 days from dispatch, and put the tracking number back on the order.

Three ways in

However your orders arrive

Every order ends up in the same list, with the same statuses, whatever its source.

  • From your store

Orders from your connected store arrive by themselves. Turn on automatic payment and they are paid from your wallet as they land.

  • Created by you

Selling on social media, by message or face to face? Create the order yourself for any client.

  • From a spreadsheet

Many orders at once? Import them from a spreadsheet instead of typing each one.

Creating an order

A few clicks, and it is on its way

Choose who it goes to and what is in it. The app does the rest of the arithmetic.

  1. Choose the client

Pick a saved client, or add a new one without leaving the page. Their country decides the shipping price.

  2. Add the products

Add each product and its quantity. Only products with stock available can be sent.

  3. Check the address

It is filled in from the client, and you can change it for this order alone.

  4. See the price, then pay

The shipping price is shown before you pay. Paying takes it from your wallet, creates the order and reserves the stock.

Each order uses one of your plan's monthly orders. Store orders that arrive after they run out are held, not lost, until you upgrade or buy additional orders.

Follow it

Every order, every step

Each order shows where it stands in your Orders List, with a notification as it moves.

  1. Pending

    Store orders

An order from your store that is not paid yet.

  2. Ready to pay

    Only when needed

Waiting for its shipping to be paid from your wallet.

  3. Paid

Shipping is paid and the stock is reserved. Our team packs it.

  4. Shipped

The parcel has left our warehouse, and its tracking number is on the order.

  5. Completed

The order is finished, and its final shipping cost is settled with your wallet.

Cancelling an order you have not paid is instant, and its stock goes back to your inventory. For a paid order, give a reason and our team reviews it; approved cancellations are refunded to your wallet.

Shipping prices

Priced per country and per weight

Not a flat guess and not a surprise at the end. The price comes from where the parcel goes and what it weighs.

  1. 77 destinations

The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, most of the EU, the Gulf, and North and West Africa. We confirm each order's destination before it ships.

  2. 7 to 12 days on most lanes

Counted from dispatch: usually 7 to 10 days to Europe and 10 to 12 to the United States, sometimes up to 20 days. In-stock orders usually leave within 24 to 48 hours.

  3. A calculator with the real rates

Check any country and weight before you quote a customer. It uses the same rates as your orders; the price you pay is set when you create the order.

  4. Lower rates as you grow

The bigger plans come with lower shipping rates, and Pro has our best.

Out the door

What every parcel gets

The same care for an order of one item or twenty.

  • Tracking on every order

The tracking number goes on the order, and back to your store when the order came from one.

  • One parcel, not five

Several items in the same order are combined into a single parcel.

  • Repacked for the journey

Goods are repacked where needed, so they arrive in one piece.

  • Returns, set out plainly

If we ship the wrong item, a refund or a reship at our cost. Customer returns come back to our facility in China, at the sender's cost.

Where do you ship?

To most countries worldwide, and we confirm the destination of each order before it ships. The app’s rate table lists 77 destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, most of the EU, the Gulf, and North and West Africa. The shipping calculator in the app shows every one.

How long does delivery take?

Counted from dispatch, usually 7 to 10 days to Europe and 10 to 12 days to the United States, sometimes up to 20. For other destinations, we confirm the time when you place the order. Products already in stock usually leave within 24 to 48 hours, although Chinese public holidays can delay dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I create many orders at once?

Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet on the New Order page instead of typing each one.

Can I change the delivery address for one order?

Yes. The address is filled in from the client, and you can change it for that order before you pay.

Can I cancel an order?

An order you have not paid yet is cancelled straight away, and its stock goes back to your inventory. For a paid order, give a reason and our team reviews it; approved cancellations are refunded to your wallet.

Do you handle returns?

Yes, but the only return address is our facility in China, and the sender pays the return shipping: Sourship does not. Parcels into China are often delayed by Chinese customs, so tell us before a return is sent, with its tracking number. Items that reach us in resaleable condition go back into your inventory. Set your store’s return policy with this in mind. If we shipped the wrong item, you get a refund or a reship at our cost. The returns policy has the details.

Who pays the import duties and taxes?

Shipping is priced by destination country and by the real weight of the parcel, and you can check any lane in the app before you quote a customer. By default, parcels ship with import duties and taxes paid, including through the carriers’ import VAT schemes for eligible EU and UK parcels, so your customer pays nothing on delivery. On request, we can ship duties unpaid instead: the recipient then pays those charges, and a parcel they refuse is at your cost.
