1 How does the USD Wallet work?
You top it up by transfer to our Mercury, Wise or Payoneer account, or in USDT, and upload the receipt; our team checks it and credits your balance, usually the same working day. The wallet then pays for your sourcing requests, your shipping, your plan renewals and any extra credits, and every movement is listed with what it paid for. No agent commission is added, and there is no inactivity fee. Your unused balance stays yours: ask our team and we return your unused balance to the account it came from, deducting only the transfer fee our bank charges.
2 Who pays the import duties and taxes?
Shipping is priced by destination country and by the real weight of the parcel, and you can check any lane in the app before you quote a customer. By default, parcels ship with import duties and taxes paid, including through the carriers’ import VAT schemes for eligible EU and UK parcels, so your customer pays nothing on delivery. On request, we can ship duties unpaid instead: the recipient then pays those charges, and a parcel they refuse is at your cost.
3 Which stores can I connect?
WooCommerce, Shopify, Etsy and eBay, on every plan. One account can connect several stores, and they
can sell the same stock without ever selling a unit twice.
4 Which suppliers can I buy from?
Search 1688 inside the app, by keyword, link or photo. Open a Taobao product by pasting its link. Both
show the full price, and you pay when you send the request. For Tmall, AliExpress, JD, Pinduoduo, Suning or Vip.com, send the link with a photo from New Request: our team prices it, usually within 24 hours, and the price is valid for 7 days. Other websites are not
accepted.
