This policy applies to all products sourced, shipped, or handled by Sourship. We facilitate returns between buyers and suppliers but do not assume direct responsibility for product defects or inconsistencies originating from third-party suppliers.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returns are eligible if:

  • Return is always accepted no matter the reason when the buyer pays its fees. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we offer free return. 
  • Incorrect items were shipped.

Returns are not eligible if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

    • Submit a return request through your Sourship account, including:
      • Product details.
      • Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable).
      • Order number and tracking details.
  2. Return Label:
    • If the return is approved, we will provide a return label for eligible products.
  3. Shipping the Product:
    • Package the product securely and use the provided label to ship it back to the designated address.
  4. Inspection and Resolution:
    • Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm the resolution, which may include:
      • Replacement.
      • Refund to your account balance.
      • Other agreed-upon solutions.

4. Refund Policy for Returns

  • Refunds for approved returns are processed within [insert time frame, e.g., 7-10 business days].
  • Refunds are issued to your Sourship account balance and can be used for future purchases.

5. Return Fees

  • Return shipping fees are covered if the return is due to an error by Sourship or the supplier.
  • For buyer-initiated returns (not related to defects or errors), return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, are excluded from the return policy.
