Welcome to the Sourship Subscription & Payment Policy. This page outlines how our subscription tiers, sourcing credits, and dashboard wallet balances function.
By creating an account and utilizing our B2B fulfillment platform, you agree to the billing and payment terms detailed below.
1. Subscription Tiers
Sourship operates on a monthly subscription model to accommodate businesses of different sizes. Your chosen tier determines your monthly order limits and sourcing credits:
- Basic ($49/mo): Includes up to 50 orders per month and 15 monthly sourcing credits. Ideal for testing products and starting dropshipping.
- Advanced ($99/mo): Includes up to 150 orders per month and 30 monthly sourcing credits.
- Pro ($199/mo): Includes up to 400 orders per month and 60 monthly sourcing credits. Includes premium verification services.
- Customized: Tailored volume limits and custom sourcing capacity for enterprise clients.
2. Sourcing Credits
Sourcing credits are consumed when you request Sourship to find, verify, and price products from Chinese suppliers (e.g., 1688.com).
- Credits are replenished automatically at the start of your new billing cycle.
- Unless otherwise stated in your customized plan, unused sourcing credits do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable.
3. Dashboard Wallet & Top-Ups
To process orders, pay for inventory, and cover shipping fees, you must maintain a positive balance in your Sourship dashboard wallet.
- Funding Your Wallet: You can top up your balance using our secure international payment solutions. We accept multiple currencies and global transfer methods.
- Deductions: Product costs and shipping fees are automatically deducted from your wallet balance when an order is verified and processed.
- Withdrawals: If you choose to close your account, you may request a withdrawal of any remaining, unspent wallet funds. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on your original payment method.
4. Renewals and Cancellations
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
- Cancellations: You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription months.
5. Strict Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Because we act as an intermediary purchasing inventory on your behalf, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for uncommunicated payment disputes.
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback or disputing a top-up payment with your bank without first contacting our support team is a direct violation of our Terms.
- Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Sourship account.
- Sourship reserves the right to freeze any pending orders, hold warehouse inventory, and take legal action to recover disputed funds.
